Martin Simoncic is Zywave’s Chief Executive Officer, leading the company through its next phase of growth. Martin joined Zywave as CEO in September 2024 to help lead the company through its next phase of growth. He brings deep software industry experience across AI-powered SaaS, product management, and customer success, with a strong background in insurance technology. Prior to joining Zywave, Martin served as the President of the B2B business of PROS Holdings, Inc., a provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions. During his time at PROS, he also held the roles of Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Product Management. Previously, Martin was Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at Vertafore, a provider of insurance technology and distribution solutions.  Martin has a passion for teaching and spent a decade teaching management and marketing as Adjunct Professor at the Rice University MBA program. A Houston resident, Martin enjoys spending time in nature with his family and watching his daughter play volleyball at tournaments around the country.  

Chris Kasper joined Zywave’s senior leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in Spring 2024. A seasoned board member, investor, and operating executive—having served as CEO, COO, or CFO of six companies—his career has focused on private equity portfolio companies in software and technology. In addition to his executive roles, Chris has served on several boards of directors in the U.S. and Europe, as well as having been a research fellow in the Technology and Operations Management department at Harvard Business School, where he also earned his MBA. Chris lives in Beaufort, South Carolina, has two sons in college, and is an avid fly fisherman and global traveler.

Christy joined Zywave in 2025, bringing her strategic flair and results-driven mindset to the team. With years of impressive experience, she’s navigated the business world across public and private sectors, from the bustling retail industry to cutting-edge software firms. Christy is a powerhouse in building, scaling, and transforming global businesses. She’s not just about the big picture; she’s all about crafting top-notch teams and systems for a complete company focused on success.

Doug is the tech whiz and AI czar who descended upon Zywave in 2018 to take the reins as Chief Technology Officer, leading the company’s innovative R&D functions. Before joining Zywave, Doug honed his skills for a decade at Accenture, where he led groundbreaking technology initiatives for Global 1000 companies. Like a true adventurer, he also dove headfirst into thrilling executive roles at venture capital and private equity-backed SaaS companies, such as SAVO, OpinionLab, Local Offer Network, and RiverGlass. In the outside world, Doug is a legend on the links as a stellar golfer and is a paddle tennis champion. 

Justin leads Zywave’s support and service functions with authentic enthusiasm for elevating the customer experience. Relying on his vast experience leading professional services, customer success, product development, and go-to-market teams to solve customers’ challenges, Justin is laser focused on ensuring they get maximum value from their solutions. He’s well-versed in the needs of insurance organizations, most recently holding both product-focused and customer-centric leadership roles at Vertafore. A Denver resident, Justin spends his free time outdoors on his mountain bike, skis, golf course, and enjoying the beautiful Colorado scenery with his wife and two daughters. 

Eric Rentsch is Zywave’s Chief Product Officer and Head of Emerging Markets, where he leads product strategy, innovation, and growth across the company’s insurance technology platform. Since joining Zywave in 2018, Eric has played a key role in shaping the company’s integrated API software suite and expanding its reach across the insurance distribution ecosystem. Before joining Zywave, Eric founded insurtech company Code SixFour, which was later acquired by Zywave.

Scott joined Zywave in 2020 as its first Chief Revenue Officer, bringing years of extensive sales and leadership experience. He’s a triple threat built from sales domination, service to our country, and education. Scott’s been around the block, holding down the fort at big-league software providers like Paycor, Salesforce, SAVO, SAP, and PTC. And let’s not forget his more than 10 years rocking it in the U.S. Army, including serving as a leader of the special forces – talk about dedication! He’s no slouch in the education department either, having earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University. But Scott’s not all business, all the time. When he’s not on the grind or doing triathlons, you’ll find him serving the community. He’s all about giving back, taking charge with The Honor Foundation and YMCA. So, whether it’s sales strategies or community leadership, Scott’s got it covered. 

Jenny Victor joined Zywave in 2025, bringing her transformational marketing leadership and growth-driven expertise to the team. With over 20 years of experience, she’s navigated the marketing landscape across enterprise software giants like Epicor, OpenText, and IBM, as well as multiple high-growth SaaS companies. Jenny’s strength is in building strategic marketing organizations that drive pipeline growth and revenue acceleration. Her expertise spans the full marketing spectrum from demand generation to go-to-market strategy to create data-driven, customer-centric marketing engines that deliver measurable business impact and fuel sustainable growth. Jenny holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a BA in Economics from UC Davis.
